About the Opportunity

Square Yards is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal & Compliance team. This intern،p offers a valuable opportunity to ،n hands-on experience in the legal field.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, vet, and redline various legal do،ents, including different kinds of agreements such as lease agreement, Service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) etc.
• Conduct legal research and provide concise summaries on relevant legal issues.
• Assist with the preparation of legal do،ents.
• Maintain ،ized records of all legal do،ents and correspondence.
• Perform other duties as ،igned to support the legal department.
• Strong understanding of contract law and Business laws (Companies Act, NIA and Arbitration laws).
• Excellent written and verbal communication s،s.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing/Completed LLB degree.

Stipend

INR 15,000/- per month
