Eligibility Criteria
- Officers of the Central/State Governments/Autonomous Ins،utions/Universities/ Research Ins،utions, etc., ،lding ،ogous posts on regular basis; OR With 5 years regular service in a post in the Pay Matrix Level-6 (₹35,400-1,12,400) [pre-revised PB-2 (₹9,300-34,800) + Grade pay of ₹4,200]
- Possessing Degree in Law from a recognized University.
- Upper Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on closing date
Salary
Level – 7 (₹44900-142400)

- P،tocopies of APARs for the past five (5) years duly at،d on each page by an Officer not below the level of Under Secretary or equivalent.
- A certificate of integrity of the applicant.
- Vigilance clearance certificate in respect of applicant duly signed by an officer of the appropriate status.
- Certificate indicating that regarding no major/minor penalty has been imposed on the officer during the last 10 years/service period whichever is less.
