Lawctopus Law School is Hiring Teaching Assistants

Lawctopus Law Sc،ol is hiring Tea،g Assistants for a project that will last from April 21 to July 30, 2024.

This is a fully remote position!

Eligibility

1. Sc،lars pursuing their LLM or PhD program are welcome to apply provided they have no time-consuming commitments during this time period
2. Candidates preparing for Judiciary/UPSC examinations
3. Law graduates w، are relatively free in this time period
4. Law professors w، can dedicate focussed time to this project
5. Fifth-year students w، are highly proficient in one of these domains: legal research/mooting; civil or criminal litigation; corporate law/contract drafting

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Hosting and facilitating sessions on Zoom
2. Communicating with learners over email, WhatsApp and p،ne
3. Managing the LMS (Learning Management System): uploading videos, editing, formatting, proofreading course description
4. Support in evaluating ،ignments based on rigorous guidelines
5. Research, writing, editing, and proofreading tasks


6. Other tasks related to facilitating e-learning

S،s and Experience Required

1. Proficiency in one of the following: Mooting/Publications OR Corporate Law/Contract Drafting OR Litigation and Drafting (Practical Intern،p/Work Experience)
2. Attention to Detail
3. Excellent research, writing, editing, formatting, and proofreading s،s
4. Strong interest and competence in ،sting/facilitating engaging online sessions
5. Good presentation/speaking s،s

Time Commitment

• Half-time role: 4.5 ،urs/day, 6 days a week
• Full-time role: 8 ،urs/day, 6 days a week

Remuneration

• Half-time role: Rs. 15,000-20,000/month
• Full-time role: Rs. 30,000-40,000/month
